This is a textbook that addresses the different aspects of parasite biology. Chapter 5 is about the cellular aspects of Leishmania species. Chapter 11 addresses the immunological aspects of leishmaniasis. Chapter 18 discusses the molecular aspects of the parasite and the diease.

This is a review that talks about the different forms of cutaneous leishmaniasis and the current state of detection, treatment, and clinical manifestations. They also address some of the problems with vector control and disease spread.

This is a review that addresses the topic of visceral leishmaniasis and the current state of diagnosis and treatment. It talks about the problems that are associated with treatment of the disease and the medications that are currently available for treatment.
